We generally charge a small increase in rent ($25 or $50) and an increased

In addition, any tenant that
has or will have pets must complete and sign a Pet Addendum which has the following provisions.
The Lessee
(tenant) shall:
1. be solely responsible for the pet and keep it quiet and under control
at all
times.
2. keep the pet leashed when it is outside Lessee’s premises.
3. not leave the pet unattended for periods that exceed eight hours.
4. not walk the pet on any neighbor’s property.
5. dispose of the pet’s droppings properly and quickly.
6. keep pet from causing any annoyance or disturbance
to others and will
remedy immediately any complaints.
7. get rid of the pet’s
offspring within eight weeks of birth.
8. pay immediately for any damage, loss, or expense caused by the pet within
15 days of being notified by the Lessor.
9. Immediately notify the Lessor of any adverse incidents
involving the pet.
10. Lessor reserves the right to revoke permission to keep the pet should
Lessee violate this agreement.
11. Lessee clearly understands and agrees that no dogs on the vicious dog
list are permitted on the premises at any time (including during visits).
12. Lessee clearly understands and agrees that
only the pet named above is
permitted on the premises. The Lessee must receive
WRITTEN
APPROVAL from the Lessor prior to any other pets being added or
substituted for the permitted pet.
