Yes

the table"?
Answer: No, that is not allowed under the rules and could result in losing your
voucher.
Question: I have the rent, but not the security deposit. Can you "work with
me" on the deposit?
Answer: No, we need the entire deposit before move-in, However, we do
accept vouchers from Job and Family Services or other government agencies for the deposit.
Question: When
is the rent due and what happens if I'm late?
Answer: The rent is due on the 1st of each month and
late after 5pm on the 4th. We post a 3-Day eviction notice on your door on the evening of the 4th or morning
of the 5th, which begins the eviction process. Between the 5th and 7th, you can still pay the rent, but a $50 late fee
MUST be included. On the morning of the 8th, we will file the eviction action in court and we will no longer accept
payment.
Question: Can I pay partial rent?
Answer: No, we do not accept partial rent.
